In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
